CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Securenet Systems / Cirrus Streaming is an international radio streaming services provider, offering streaming for terrestrial and internet broadcasters all over the world.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our customer success team, based in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is a work-from-home position, but that doesn't mean you're working alone. You'll be given constant support by the rest of the team and be in constant contact with your team members.
DESCRIPTION:
- Work directly with clients to create an enhanced support experience
- Establish clients' needs and explain and demonstrate our services/products
- Follow up on emails and calls as directed
- Expedite the resolution of clients' questions and issues
- Enter client information into back-office system
- Other various client support functions
- Weekly virtual meetings with concierge team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Passion for genuinely helping others
- Bubbly, enthusiastic attitude is a must
- Critical thinking skills
- Operate with a willingness to learn
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writing
- Ability to clearly present product and service information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Smartphone/tablet/device proficient
- Enjoy working from home

DESCRIPTION:
- Answer support phone, support tickets, and chats
- Desktop player and mobile app assistance
- Expedite the resolution of customer requests
- New station setups
- Schedule client calls for custom integrations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical background
- Internet-savvy
- Knowledge of desktop/device hardware
- Smartphone/tablet/device proficient
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writing
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
